At AMAA there are no bench warmers. our classes consist of calisthenics, physical fitness, and Martial Art (MA) training. From day 1 your child will become active. MA builds muscle, increases cardiovascular performance, and enhances mental well-being.

A lack of confidence and self-esteem can be detrimental and plague a child for the rest of his or her life. That is why it is important for anyone to develop a strong sense of confidence and self-esteem at an early age.
